copper roses cake

This is a cake that i make just to practice making the buttercream roses and it came out really good, not bragging ;-) we had a party the next day that i made it and everybody wanted to try it.
This is one variation of the chocolate cake, with custard filling instead of the regular chocolate filling, it really depends of what the customer wants.
