Birthday cake
the customer asked for a Dolphin cake, so i made this one with the colors that she asked too; they were so happy when they saw it, the loved the way it looked and even better the taste of it: chocolate cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries; the decoration was made with buttercream fondant for the dolphin shape and for the rest, buttercream frosting, nothing better than making a customer happy :-) with the good taste and quality of the ingredients, thanks again Jill and Scott
